2 x Social Inclusion Workers - Manchester Assertive Outreach Service

Two vacancies have arisen within Manchester Assertive Outreach service for Social Inclusion Workers.

Manchester Assertive Outreach is a partnership between HARP and Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust to provide three Assertive Outreach Teams across the city.

The teams work with hard-to-engage individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs and complex issues including homelessness, substance use and offending.

One vacancy is in the North Team and the other is in the South Team.
£17,781 pa + 5% pension contribution + anti-social hours payments 37 hours per week
