New Small Grants Joint Fund
03/04/2007The Valuing Older People team is pleased to announce a new Small Grants Scheme. Jointly with Help the Aged, VOP is offering small grants to community groups across Manchester to encourage local activity and involvement of older people within the community
The scheme is particularly targeted at funding those things that most other grant schemes will not - like social activities, equipment, trips and parties.Who can apply?
Almost anyone! You could be a voluntary, community or residents’ group wanting a small amount of money with a simple application process. Projects must be based in Manchester and benefit Manchester residents and, as ever, grants will be assessed and allocated by a panel of older Manchester residents.
The deadline for the first panel meeting in Friday 11 May.
